Wellbeing Program – January 2020

We are excited to share with you our new CARE AT WORK, 3-Month Wellbeing Program for January 2020. The program offers a variety of wellbeing classes, workshops and events that are all complimentary for community members within the building, so please spread the word and encourage your colleagues and team members to join us!

The following classes are strictly for customers of 50 Lonsdale St, 2 Lonsdale St and 271 Spring St only. Proof of working within these buildings will be asked by our Wellbeing team.


Meditation – Every Tuesday in January & February


Outside Terrace, Level 5, Casselden, 2 Lonsdale Street
*Please ask the 2 Lonsdale Street Concierge for directions & access.
2:30pm to 3:00pm

Join us for a 25 minute meditation class to release tension and the build up of any stress from your working day.
You’ll walk out relaxed, limber and ready to finish the day on a high





Lunch & Learn – Beeswax Wraps


Wednesday 29 January
Outside Terrace, Level 5, Casselden, 2 Lonsdale Street
12:00pm – 12:45pm

Beeswax Wraps are a low impact and sustainable alternative to cling wrap. Not only do they look beautiful, they are washable, freezable and most importantly reusable.

Come along to this 45 minute workshop, where we will be talking all things sustainability and making our own beeswax wraps!

Salsa Class

Each Wednesday in January & February
Madame Brussels Lane, grass area opposite Goz City
5:00pm to 5:45pm

Dance is a great way to get the blood flowing and have a little fun, and this 45 minute class will be no exception!

Salsa dancing is an aerobic exercise, which increases your heart rate, burns calories and boosts stamina. The salsa moves are performed in a sequence to help target all muscle groups and improve posture. Not only is salsa an effective form of physical exercise, but it has been found to be great for emotional wellbeing as it stimulates the mind, body and soul.





Mat Pilates

Each Thursday in January & February
Genesis Fitness Studio, Level 2, 50 Lonsdale Street,
4:45pm to 5:15pm

Mat Pilates is an effective, precise set of exercises. It’s accessible to everyone at any level of fitness and provides countless benefits.
All equipment provided. We recommend wearing active-wear or comfortable clothing to this class.
